Club management software for rugby and cricket.
Website, fan app, supporter data and the commercial side, on one login. Built for clubs too big for the free tools and too small for the enterprise platforms.
Most club software solves administration. Members, subscriptions, fixtures, volunteers. That is a real problem and there are good tools for it.
Almost none of them solve the commercial problem — selling sponsorship, proving what a partner received, owning a supporter base you can actually reach. That gap is where clubs at this level lose the most money, and it is what this platform is built around.
What it replaces
A typical semi-professional club pays separately for a website, a membership platform, social scheduling, an email tool and design work, then goes without sponsorship reporting entirely because nobody sells it at this level.
Six invoices, no shared data, and no answer when a partner asks what they got. The arithmetic is in what club management software costs.

What is specific to rugby and cricket
Generic club software handles membership well and sport badly. A rugby squad needs positions and a matchday 23. A rugby log needs bonus points. A cricket match centre needs runs, wickets, overs and a required rate, not a football scoreboard relabelled.
More on that in rugby club management software.
The Saturday test. Ask any vendor what happens when the score changes on a Saturday afternoon. If the answer involves a person logging in and typing it into three places, the software is not doing the work. Ours arrives from the Octafield archive and updates itself.
What it costs
Four tiers, quoted per club in ZAR, EUR and GBP, from a public-site-only package up to a full union deployment with multiple teams. Twelve-month agreements aligned to the season, no revenue share, no commission on sponsorship you sell yourself.
The full table is on the pricing page.
What we don't do
Broadcast measurement runs on the national audience panel and the broadcaster's feed. That is Nielsen's work and we show our numbers alongside theirs rather than pretending to replace them. We integrate with your ticketing provider rather than rebuilding it. We do not build fantasy, augmented reality or in-stadium wayfinding, because at this level they go unused.
