Club websites, fan apps and sponsorship measurement.

The problem

Six invoices.
Nobody counting.

R194,000

Sat unsold on one club’s inventory last season, because nothing was measuring it. A union buys a website from one agency, an app from a vendor who only sells to the top tier, social tooling from a third, and sponsorship reporting it neither commissions nor controls. None of it connects, and none of it can tell a partner what they actually received.

Measurement

Counted, not estimated.

Upload each partner’s marks once. Every image the club posts is scanned from then on, and each detection is stored with its box, confidence and share of frame — so any figure in a report traces back to the pixels it came from.

Five partners found in one squad photograph. Crops cut automatically, each stored with its box, confidence and share of frame.

Close-up of a rugby jersey chest with a sponsor mark on creased wet fabric, flagged by the detection model at low confidence MERIDIAN 0.19

The same mark on a jersey returns 0.19 — creased, wet and angled. Below threshold, so it goes to review rather than into a partner’s report. Publishing that limit is what makes the rest of the number credible.

Impressions served on your own site and app are counted. Exposure found in social content is measured. The two are never added together without saying which is which — that is the first thing a sponsor’s agency will test.

Northvale is pacing under with six weeks of the contract left. That alert is the difference between a renewal conversation and a lost account.

The fan app

Seven placements. None a banner.

Roughly a quarter of sports apps are opened exactly once. They fail because they are content archives with no reason to return between matchdays. So the habit loop comes first, and every commercial unit attaches to something a supporter actually wanted.

Honest limits

What we don’t do.

Broadcast

Television exposure runs on the national audience panel and the broadcaster’s feed. That is Nielsen’s work. We show our numbers alongside theirs rather than pretending to replace them.

Ticketing

Payments, fraud and turnstile hardware are an entire company on their own. We integrate with whichever one you already use.

AR & fantasy

Expensive to build and consistently unused at this level of the game. That budget goes into the match centre instead.

Send us one season. We’ll show you what it was worth.

Give us your social accounts and a partner list. We come back with the exposure those partners already received, measured, before anything is signed. No cost, no commitment.
